These sessions are designed not only to make you sweat but also to increase lean muscle enabling you to burn calories 24 hrs a day! By joining you will increase your strength and improve your cardiovascular condition while burning calories!!!
Limited space and times available.
Morning Sessions - Mondays/Wednesday/Friday - 8am
Evening Sessions - Mondays/Fridays - 7pm
$20 per class on a 6 week sign up
$25 per class for drop ins, please call to check for availability of space
If you would like to create your own group at a different time, please call or email with number of people in your group and time you would like for your camp. Click here to contact us with your info and times available to see if we can accomadate your schedule!
